When exchanges and returns are possible

Within 7 days from the date of receipt of the written contract. However, if the supply of goods, etc. is delayed compared to the date of receipt of the written contract, within 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods, etc. or the date on which the supply of goods, etc. commences.

When exchange and return are not possible
