Having coached many athletes on the field, I have put a lot of thought into how to keep them in peak condition and perform at their best.

Many athletes and coaches tend to focus their research solely on providing good training.
But the most important thing for good performance and condition is recovery.
The thing most closely related to recovery is sleep.

So LOOK I looked into how we can maximize athletes' sleep and found that we are exposed to artificial light our entire lives.
